PERRY

trisha green Mon Oct 4 22:36:11 2004
I see in Deed Book A for Coweta Co., several land transactions prior to 1827 between what might be my ancestor; Shade/Shadrack PERRY and various men: Soloman HARREL, John EDWARDS, Giles B. TAYLOR (on two occasions; and I think they may be related, or in business together)

Anybody researching those names know anything about Shadrack/Shade/Shadrach PERRY?
Please help!

I would appreciate any information you have on Mayhayley LANCASTER form Heard County Ga. I am related to her in some way. I believe she was my grandfather's cousin. I remember seeing her when I was a small child. She lived in a house like a log cabin and had a sister named Sally. There were a lot of dogs there at the time I went to her house. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Is there an enumeration of the burials in The Parks Family Cemetery? Visited the burial ground Nov. 4, 2004, and was impressed with its appearance.

ROBINSON - BAKER - PARKER

Sue Owens Hudson Sat Nov 6 21:34:07 2004
I am researching my family tree and I need information on Obediah Levis Sanders ROBINSON. In some places I have found that he married Mary Ann BAKER and in other books I have found that he married Ann PARKER. I found info that he married Ann PARKER on Aug. 13, 1873 in Coweta Co., GA. She probably died before 1880, because she is not listed in the 1880 census with him. They are both buried at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. It does not say where, but i assume it is Coweta Co., GA. Obediah's parents are William Osmus ROBINSON and Rosanna Helen Sinah LOFTON. (man what long names my Robinson Family has!!)

COX - LAMBERT

Carole Fowler Sun Dec 5 17:44:34 2004
I am searching for information on Andrew George COX and Caroline (Callie) E. LAMBERT. They were living in Newnan, Coweta County in 1884 and 1885. I am most interested in what caused their deaths. Andrew died in September 1884. Callie died the following February (1885, maybe in Grantville. They had 5 children, the youngest was about 5 years old. He owned a house and lot. He had other family members living in Newnan. Callie had brothers in Grantville.
If anyone can give me information on them I will really appreciate it. Carole

WELCH - SMITH

Leila Menzies Tue Dec 14 12:08:38 2004
Searching for descendants od Earley (Early) WELCH and Mary Ann SMITH who wed in Coweta Co, GA and then moved to Randolph Co, Alabama and finally to Walker Co, Alabama.

I believe one of their sons may be Levi WELCH who marries an Eva and stays in Walker County.

Also in Walker County on 1880 census is another possible son Dock WELCH age 21 and C. Lucinda with a daughter Dolly. Dock's name may be Moses who was 11 with parents Earley and Mary A on 1870 Walker County census.
