Know all men by these presents that I Thomas C. Winn of the County and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the unbound love and affection which I have and bear to my daughter Lucy C. Lindsay of the same place do by these presents give and grant unto my said daughter Lucy C. Lindsay a certain negro girl by the name of Moriah about thirteen years old for her my said daughter's benefit as long as she lives then at her death if she then have living children then the above named negro girl Moriah together with her children if she have any to be equally divided among the children of my said daughter Lucy C. Lindsay and in no case is the said negro girl or her children if any as foresaid is to be taken from my said daughter Lucy to the discharge of any debt or debts that may be contracted by her now husband David Lindsay or any one else whatever. G. Winn having declined said trust, and William P. Edmundson having made application for the Guardianship of said Minor, and it further appearing to the Court that Edward T. Winn and Claudia Winn Minors of the deceased, being above the age of fourteen years, have chosen the said Wm. P. Edmundson to be their Guardian; It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Wm. P.
