The ceremony took place at 3 o'clock P.M., the Rev. W.N. TOWER, officiating. The house was filled to overflowing with the friends and acquaintances of the happy couple, and everybody was in the best of spirits.
The collection of presents was indeed splendid. It will be remembered that Charlie is a member of the mysterious order of "C.I.B.", and the resident members of that fraternity presented the married couple with a beautiful gold band China set as a token of their love and esteem for their departed brother.
It would take too much time and space to enumerate all the tokens of love, but suffice it to say that they were all varied and beautiful. the bride was married in her travelling dress, a seal brown silk, and looked as blushing and lovable as do all young and beautiful brides. And what can we say of the groom? Charlie's face beamed with pride and happiness, and well it might, for never was a married couple greeted with warmer hand clasps and heartier congratulations than this one.
After the ceremony the guests partook of a collation, and then abandoned themselves to gaiety until train time.
Among the guests were Mr. Charles FISK and lady, of Colorado, whom most of your readers will well remember.
At 6:40, the bride and groom, amidst the warm wishes of their friends for their future happiness, started on their bridal tour, intending to spend the honeymoon in the East. Yours, &c., X. Pose.
